I am so glad I found this store! I have been struggling with foot pain, over pronation, and recently swelling since I started a more physical job, and Josh led me to two quality pairs of shoes that fit my wide, flat feet. He took the time to analyze my gait, and assess what was going on, and explain everything in great detail so I could understand. He even gave tips on some exercises I could do to relieve some of my pain before I am able to get to a podiatrist. This whole interaction was without judgement! Please don't wait to go here if you are having foot pain, their expertise and selection is worth it!! I will definitely be back when I need another pair of shoes.

I have bought three pairs of Hokas from here. Two pairs of non slip for work and the tennis shoe style pair I just got. Each pair of non slips I got have lasted about a year. With other cheaper brands, I am replacing at 4-6 months. Spend the money upfront and it ends up being a better deal. Aside from carrying great shoes, the customer service and education are top notch. Prepare to potentially spend a bit of time there your first time getting fitted and trying on various brands and styles. However, when you find a shoe brand that you like that works for your feet, you can go in and out in ten minutes. I spent weeks searching elsewhere. Other than for fancy high heels I will never shop at another shoe store again.

Shoes N Feet always provides outstanding service when it comes to finding quality shoes. They go above and beyond, giving you that old-fashioned level of care making sure your new shoes fit comfortably before you leave, just like shoe stores used to do. They really take their time with each customer, a rare experience these days. You’ll leave feeling happy and confident with your purchase.

These guys ROCK. I popped in after dealing with some unusual pain during my weekly run, and had the pleasure of working with Isaac. He was beyond knowledgeable, super friendly, and did a thorough job of helping me understand what my feet are needing to avoid issues in the future. Loving my new insoles as well, thanks to his recommendations!

Incredible customer service, Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helped me quickly zero in on shoes that are just right for me with my custom orthotics and recovering broken foot. Very hard to find knowledge like this these days at a shoe store!

This is a great place to shop for shoes! They have a great range and lots of options, but the best part of the experience is the staff. Many thanks to Alex for fantastic customer service--he was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. This is my new go-to place for footwear.

Great place to get fitted and customized advise. My Dr recommended to give them a visit for a foot injury that I’m trying to heal. I was greeted quite quickly, in about 2 minutes of browsing the store. They have a wide variety of shoes and otc orthotics. Would be hard for me to figure out what I need without their help. I checked out otc orthotics in the past but tried doing it online. Ended up returning all of them due to poor fit with the shoe. In this store, they let you bring your shoes and just test out fit and advise which ones to get. Will definitely be my first choice when looking for orthotics and shoes for stability and recovery.

Excellent customer care. Pete really worked with me to find dressy men's shoes that had good cushy support for being on your feet for long periods. And found just the right Hoka Gaviotas to suit my tennis shoe needs. Both pairs had to accept my orthotics. They did! KUDOS

What great service we received from Pete Lertsirimonkolgul, a certified fit specialist at your Shoes N Feet this week. He was very engaged with my 85 yr old husband, very informative and professional while also being very friendly and personable. My husband has been lamenting for the last year that he wanted to be able to try on shoes before buying. Our search finally led to Shoes N Feet! He said on the way home "Pete was amazing! I learned so much from him about fit!" So thank you Shoes N Feet for a stellar experience!

Shoes and Feet is just an incredible store. Before I discovered them - as referred by Dr. Amy Richardson’s podiatry office - I had the hardest time finding comfortable shoes. Since then, probably going on 4 years now, I have been buying shoes. They take everything into account, take quality time to help you get the right pair. Have a substantial variety. Most importantly they started working with FSA 2 years ago and that has even sweetened the deal of shopping with them. They are fantastic.
